Upland Hills has a great ER team. The nurses and lab technicians were excellent. They were all super friendly and caring. The ER doctors were amazing, making sure they had an answer before I left. They even followed up with me after both visits. I would recommend this ER.

This place is good overall but when I webt there for stomach and blatter issues, the medicine they gave me didn't work. It also is very cold in the waiting room, cough masks didn't work and it didn't work when me and my mom went there for our sickness.

If You need imaging work done, web search: “madison, wi affordable imaging.” This huge business just has poor communication and follow up. 1 week to get in, another week to get a test, another week for a phone call. No real answers after a month, just bill$. . OVER $1,000 for a 9 min imaging procedure (not even an XRay.) UW Madison pricing for you locally. When returning for the test I wandered around until someone tells me to go to this lady’s office. Like she was the concierge or something. She was just there to stiffly shake me down for all my billing info and people they can call if I don’t pay. Sterile and cold. Don’t proceed with anything without a quote unless you have top dollar insurance. And don’t expect any real help. If they can’t get you into the OR they will just waste your time dinging you for appointments until you quit and just decide to live with your problem.

I wanted to thank all the doctors and nurses for all the wonderful care I received in January. I was one sick lady and my children especially my son were Terrified I was not going to get through it. Influenza A Double pneumonia and Sepsis the entire ordeal was horrible. From the doctors to the nurses to the lab personally and cafeteria staff were Amazing. Thank you all; your one amazing group of people dayshift or night shift they were so good to me. Thank for all you do and put up with 😉
