USMD Hospital at Fort Worth

The emergency care team took excellent care of me. They explained everything that was going on. They were efficient, fast, friendly, competent, and most of all, compassionate! I am highly satisfied with my care. I would recommend this hospital to others and visit this hospital again for care.

over charges. I had 2 charges for one test and they were labeled the same exact thing. When I called billing I was transferred 4 times before someone could tell me what was going on and still did not offer a solution. not informative whatsoever and everyone on the phone is rude and does not care . I would not recommend this office or staff and I will be telling everyone I know about this experience. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LONGGGGGG WAIT TIME.

The Hospital, Doctors and Nurses were all nice but I ALWAYS take my purse with me where ever I go. There was nothing of value in there, that was left at home. I have no objections to having my purse locked up for surgery. What I DID mind was that the staff went COMPLETELY through my purse, even a coin purse. Now it would not have been so bad EXCEPT they did not put things back where they were. Nothing is missing but it also was not put back where it belonged. BUT coming home from surgery and having to go through my purse trying to find everything to put it back where it belonged was UNNECESSARY. I have OCD so this was something I could not wait to do. I really would not like returning to that hospital.

Two day stay after a procedure. The staff is **excellent**. All were very professional, friendly and sincerely caring. The food was excellent, albeit in "nutritional" quantities (read that as recommended quantities). Still, very good. Far better than anything I had in the Marine Corps. Rooms and beds were quiet and clean. The staff was constantly monitoring me and asking if I needed anything. Highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs its services.
