Best hospital ever! Friendly staff, very professional I've been here 3 weeks already and would highly recommend this hospital to any and everyone. The food here is delicious as well. God bless all the Doctors and staff here. Job well done100%

When I Had To Get My Stitches, I Waited For The Doctor To Put Me Into A Room to Fix Me. But, I Waited So Long And This Happend At Midnight So That Was Worse. But Great Staff, They Fixed Me And I Was Better! Nice Staff, Pretty Good Hospital!

Waited forever for my mom to get staples after hitting her head on a rick at the Frio. When they finally got around to fixing her the doctor gave her no numbing medication, and no warning, and just shot two staples in her head like it was nothing. Traumatic for her and us. Do not recommend.

Staff is great excellent experience BUT twice already for different occasions I did not receive a bill for months then when I receive a statement not a bill they call me three days later for a payment who does that usually bills give you a month in advance to pay and make payments sad but not least I was making payments twice a month from one statement I received NO BILL and while making these payments of 100.00 every two weeks they have the nerve to turn us into a collections agency OMG I was livid I do not understand how they can do that when someone is making payments online through their website and printed out every receipt from making a payment for my records and I’m sure glad I did cause I had back up!!! WORST hospital EVER when it comes to payment!! Will never use again will drive to San Antonio!!!!

Have been sitting in the waiting room for two hours already. My daughter was bit by a poisonous spider and they’re acting like it’s just a random bug bite. So frustrating. The waiting room has been cleaned out twice since I’ve been here AND WERE STILL WAITING LIKE ITS NOT SERIOUS ENOUGH FOR THE ER
