The staff really took great care of me. From when i went in to when i was discharged. They also gave me great advice on how to take care of myself.

So disappointed! This hospital is not the same it was years ago. 15 years ago I gave birth to my son here and we had a grate experience.
However my father was admitted on Saturday because he was suffering seizures.
The nurses were rude and disrespectful. My father didn’t get the special treatment a patient with Alzheimer’s should get. The nurses didn’t care much and left all the responsibilities on us (the family members).
It was a horrible experience and I’m very sad because I’m sure there are patients that get treated like this and don’t have a family member that can speak up for them.
I do want to congratulate a special nurse that gave us excellent service and cared for us like nobody there. Her name is Snow and she is wonderful. Thanks to her.
For the rest of the staff that helped us I will be contacting the news and making reports because getting this kind of medical attention is inhuman.

Bad experience with a nurse and thw nurses at the nurse station. My friend was left in a gown wet with her vomit for at least 25 minutes. When i go to the nurses station to remind them a nurse dressed in a white jacket tells me to get it from a cart that was in the hallway. Another nurse told me to throw the blue vomit bag in the trash myself cause she didn't have gloves on...I didn't either. Why do they become nurses if the don't want to take care of patients? There were 2 nurses that were great. The other 2 were horrible.

Went in for a 5 min ex-ray of my hands. Sat in the waiting area, watching as everyone was called in except me. To my suprise the tech had forgotten or just decided to make me wait, until i approched the front desk to let them know i was either jumped or forgotten. Saying "i am sorry" is not enough and when you say well i was catching up on my work and time just went by, is not an excuse! I was there for an hour!
