We went to the hospital and they took good care of my family. The nurses are kind. Good food service. Considering that we were going to a hospital (we were there because we were sick) I would recommend this place. Valley Regional thank you for looking after my family.

My appointment was for two scans. The pros: I was promptly signed in and attended to. That’s why I gave the two stars. The Cons: I misplaced one of the referral papers but the personal would not make a call to get it faxed. Also they had a student work on me unsupervised for about 15 minutes. Then the actual technician came and told him he did everything wrong.

I had an incredible experience at VRMC. The registration process was digitally simple and efficient delivered with hospitality. The services were state of the art with the customer in mind. They made my visit pleasant and comfortable with much ease.

The staff were very friendly and professional from the front reception desk to admitting to check in to mammogram front desk to the technician. I was assisted timely and the process was very simple.

I had a very bad experience. I was going through a miscarriage and went through the womens pavilion. They had to send me to the ER but the man who was in the receptionist desk did not take my name he just asked me to wait and he forgot that I was there. Because I couldn't withstand the pain I went to the front after 15 minutes and the lady said she did not know I was there. They took me to the ER where the same thing happened. The nurse asked me to wait in the waiting area, and forgot I was there. Again, because I was in pain, I went to ask what was going on and they then apologized for forgetting I was waiting. I was placed in the room and the young girl was "training someone" and poked me without finding my veins. They had to call the phlebotomist to take my blood. The doctor was very inconsiderate and showed no empathy when discharging me. He told me I was to go home because more than likely I was going through a miscarriage, I told him that the tylenol was not helping the pain and he said, "I am sorry but this is not an emergency. This is an emergency room and there is only so much we can do." I mean, honestly, I don't understand how he can be getting paid so much to not care even a little bit. Very disappointed with the staff and treatment on October 11th, 2019 at around 1pm-5pm.
