I was down for surgery from Alaska. They treated my daughter and I exceptionally well and were very respectful and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Leveque was very thorough during consult exam through follow up appointment. I was told I would be in for likely three days but was released just over 24 hours later with remarkable improvement.

Worst experience I have ever had in hospital. I got food poisoning by the time I was visiting Seattle. I waited 1 hour+ for the treatment in very poor physical condition at the emergency/urgent check-in lobby, and asked the front desk when they are available for my case. The front desk person didn't know and I was feeling too sick to keep waiting, so I left and drove to somewhere else for help. This is not the end of the story, the most ridiculous follow-up happened 6 months later. I got called by an agent for paying an almost $300 bill, which was for the basic information collection during the check-in process. YES, they collected my information, measured my blood pressure and heart beats, AND THIS COST $300 WITHOUT OFFERING ANY ACTUAL TREATMENT! They didn't ask anything about my insurance status and simply let me be in full charge, maybe because I told them I was visiting Seattle for a few days, but I do have insurance fully covered by my school at Atlanta Georgia!! This is going way beyond ridiculous. People there are way too unprofessional to handle their business. Never come again.

Dr Kirsten Gage has been such a blessing to my family. A family member suffered a traumatic brain injury and as his physiatrist, she's been one of the absolute best doctors we've encountered. She handles everything from baclofen pump, to botox, and dry needling injections... Being able to see one doctor with multiple specialties makes it not only convenient but super efficient since she knows so much. Truly a caring doctor; she offers multiple approaches to problems and seeks patient preferences for the right solutions. Grateful we are under her care.

First impression so far about this place is a 1 star. The operator who answered the phone seems to hate their job. I was looking to be pointed in the right direction to speak with someone, asking politely and I get rudely hung up on. I'm in customer service and I'm pretty sure you don't do that.

Open heart surgery, valve replacement. Up and walking on day 2. Great staff. Great surgeons. The presurgery was very easy and relaxing. The post follow-up was great.
