Not from Sulphur but fell ill on 1/07/19 about 5am...Upon my arrival I encountered a young lady in registration...extremely friendly and has a love for Slidell PD..Triage Nurse Tim was absolutely amazing...we engaged in a conversation about Rouses...I guess to keep my mind off the pain...talking about shopping will do it...Thanks Tim...Dr. Magann came in and asked me what was going on with me I explained to him that I diagnosed myself (😂) with streptococcus...he gave an eye and checked it out...Luckily he's the Doctor and I am not...needless to say, he took great care of me and sent me on my way with a prescription...I was discharged at 5:24am...WOW!...you guys can have the other hospitals, as for me Swift, Sincere Care and accuracy is what works for me....Thanks West Calcassieu-Cameron Hospital
This is the best hospital I have been to in quite some time. Coming from someone with chronic kidney stones it means alot when you are in pain to have people that are very nice and really care. From the front desk of the emergency room department to exit, was a wonderful experience even in my condition. Jared was the nicest nurse I have ever had in an ER. DR Joseph Dupre was the most informative and nicest Dr I have ever encountered in an ER as well in any state I have been in. Keep up the good work guys. You are awesome. God Bless you all!!!!
I’m from Texas and ended up with the stomach flu. I went to the er and had a great experience. They gave me fluids and medicine to help. Staff was very nice.
Slow. Think you just want pain meds so they prescribe you over the counter medicine. I was literally the only one in the waiting room, got admitted and waited for at least 2 hrs. If I knew it was that Simple I would’ve just went to Walmart and bought the medicine myself
Received prompt, attentive, and courteous treatment throughout the duration of my ER visit.
