I had to go in for stitches and it was my first time ever in a hospital for something serious. I am terrified of needles, but the nurses were extremely kind and patient. The attending doctor, however, was terribly rude and impatient and called me a baby for crying and that I could go home if I was going to act like such. Then I have to pay for his services? Bananas

They never can do anything for u but kick u out as fast as they can i wouldn’t recommend the hospital..

Billing for a day I was never in the hospital ... getting the phone tag run-around. Talk about efficiency.

I went into the emergency room for services, and overall the staff did a good job. Then I received the bill, and could not believe the price, and I have insurance. I spoke with someone about setting up a low payment plan. They advised they would send in a request and then never got back with me. Now I'm receiving another bill stating the amount has to be paid in full. When I spoke with another person they told me that they can only set up a payment plan for a 12 month period. After that it's going to collection's, and I have no say in the matter. That is a really crappy quality of support towards your patient's. Especially single mothers who can barely afford diapers. I would not suggest ever getting services done at this facility. Go to St. Catherine's in Garden City, they are willing to work with you through every part of the process. Not just when you are receiving the services. Update on 7-27-18: The facility did get back with me regarding the billing and payment plan, and worked out a payment plan that I can afford. I would like to give a special thank you to Rodneyka for taking the time to help me.

This rating is strictly for the billing department. Had so many problems we will no longer do business here to avoid having to deal with the billing. Dr. Shields is very nice and Dr. Castillo. The nurses at the hospital were kind.
