My daughter checked herself in with helpless suicidal thoughts they checked her in let her go with new medication and promises for an appt with a psychiatrist it’s a day later we have called left messages no response and the appt she could get were two months out shame shame what else can one do? How does this help a kid in crisis?? This is beyond indifference we have tried everything and no response what a farce but I am sure our bills will be insane. For nothing. What is the point of your ward u fail

I had been seeing a psychiatrist herr for several years. He recently decided to move in from Winona Hell. I was left without prescriptions and I take some very serious anti psychotics, when I called in for a refill the nurse told no way would I get my medicine... We're not here to just talk write out medications. I asked several times why especially since I was set tu to see their other psychiatrist. I was told no doctor would ever write a prescription without first seeing you. I asked what I was supposed to do since it's really unsafe to just stop taking meds and was told to start calling around to find a doctor who would write them. I ended up sitting with this nurse and two days later I receive a letter telling me I'm banned from Winona Hell....I wouldn't send my word energy to this place... Honestly needs to be closed

I found the mental health dept to be untrustworthy/pchycatrist. I was trying to figure out how Winona health had a written profile of me. I had only seen the mental health unit and was told this was a secure place. Here I found out this dept behind my back took a release of info I had signed to be sent to a upcoming neurologist appt, which I had agreed to. I had never seen this doctor. I agreed to allow any finding s by the neurologist to be sent back to mental health at Winona. I have the address addressed(Gunderson) When I left the office they,nurse and receptionist on pchycatrist orders filled in my release sections that were not approved by me. But are trying to"gaslight" and say they did this In front of me. NOT. (It is dated for my appt., 11-29-18)Funny thing is the report came back 14 days early from other doctors at another health care facility. (Gunderson 11-14). I then continued to my pchycatrist appt I had and he seemed to try and bully me. I tried asking who did this behind my back. I never agreed to this. The nurse had told me to ask him. I LEFT HIS OFFICE HOWEVER THIS IS FROM A DEPT , MENTAL HEALTH THAT IS TO BE CONFIDENTIAl. UNTRUTHFUL PEOPLE. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL HERE. IN going there they even created a profile off my confidential info I had transferred there And released into their system so every doctor and nurse could read. I am reporting the clinic,doctor and nurses for a HIPPA violation breach.
