My family and I moved here 5 years ago. And every single time I’ve been to this place I’ve dealt with people who really must hate their jobs. Everyone is ridiculously rude! And not at all helpful! Today my brother in law went in and yet again we got women who need an attitude adjustment. So I’ve had it with this place and finally decided to leave a review to let other people know what it’s like. It’s almost as if you’re not from yoakum and don’t know someone who works there they don’t want to help you. Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. And that says a lot being as I deal with the VA more.

Dr. Arnulio Cissneroz was so compassionate he literally brought me to tears. The nurse was stern at first and later apologized but I didn't mind. I do agree that emergencies should come first. I went in because my tongue turned black.. I am just hoping it is a bacterial infection or a yeast infection. The results are pending. He literally brought me to tears, and I haven't cried since my dad died almost ten years ago.. well maybe one other time since then.. Thank you Yoakum for having a heart.

The worst people and the most unprofessional I really hope they close this shitthole, HEB pharmacy it's more helpful than this horrible place, please if you want to get help drive to cuero hospital or Victoria!!

ER experience. No triage. Not seen for anything for 2 hours. What hospital doesn't triage these day? When does a shoulder that's been bothering you for a week now override a blood sugar over 600? Doesn't make sense.
