No exact public amount or currency was found on the current official TrakCare product page, current official product terms, official TrakCare Assistant page, or official TrakCare-as-a-Service case study. Official terms do publish the pricing structure: TrakCare is licensed either as a Paid-up License (30-year term) or Subscription License (no specified term), sized by Facility Class and Concurrent Users. Minimum Concurrent User sizes are 100 for TrakCare PAS Foundation, 100 for TrakCare Clinical Foundation, and 200 for PAS+Clinical Foundation. The official case study describes TrakCare as a Service as private cloud-hosted EMR on an OPEX subscription model, but gives no amount, currency, or minimum term.

Active/currently marketed globally: the current official product page describes TrakCare as a unified EHR, reports deployment in 29 countries and use in more than 600 hospitals, and links current modules/ecosystem offerings. However, the same official FAQ explicitly states: "TrakCare is available outside of the United States." Therefore current U.S. availability/sales for TrakCare is explicitly negative; it is not a U.S.-available product under the current official statement. No evidence found that TrakCare is renamed, acquired, or discontinued; it remains an active non-U.S. InterSystems product.

Qualifications

The directory’s prior screening labeled TrakCare active/global but had not established U.S. terms; current first-party evidence resolves the U.S. point in the negative. The MedicalRecords.com directory row does not prove that every InterSystems installation used TrakCare rather than another InterSystems healthcare product. Pricing remains materially uncertain because official terms describe licensing metrics and fee categories but publish no amounts, currency, or standard implementation/training/interface/migration schedule. The TrakCare-as-a-Service subscription evidence is from a 2021 official UAE customer story and is historical context for the subscription model, not a current U.S. offer.
