ICANotes+ lists full-time Notes Only at $55, Non-Prescribing at $75, and Prescribing at $213 per clinician per month. Part-time rates are $35, $45, and $138 respectively.

Part-time Notes Only and Non-Prescribing allow 60 notes/month; part-time Prescribing allows 100. Prescribers have a $99 activation fee. Optional services cost extra. Migrated Classic accounts may retain different terms.

Build a usable shortlist

Record which requirements the demonstration satisfies, which need configuration, and which require another product. Ask the supplier to show a sample export and a migration reconciliation report.
