What is McKesson Practice Choice?
McKesson Practice Choice is a cloud-based, ONC-ATCB and Stage 1 Meaningful Use compliant electronic health record (EHR) and practice management (PM) solution.
Features include such as ePrescribing, lab integration, patient document management, a patient portal and clinical reports. It also enables clients to view patient records from any computer with an Intenet connection. The system is powered by Smart Note technology, which enables clients to push or pull information from anywhere in the patient’s chart into one single document.
Practice management applications include patient scheduling, medical billing, claims clearinghouse and eligibility checking and accounting services.
Mckesson Practice Choice also provides the ability to connect with health information exchanges (HIEs), and updates and upgrades occur automatically, so no manual installation is required.
