The product caters to mid-size and large practices. Key features include Electronic Health Records, patient scheduling, e-Prescribing, cardiovascular diagnostic reports and lab integration.
OMS EHR provides patient risk assessment through a Framingham Scorecard. The product also offers clinical decision support for clinical history, allergy check, medication, demography and labs.

OMS EHR accepts five different methods of input: traditional typing, e-Ink, handwriting recognition, voice transcription, and templates specific to cardiology. The voice transcription functionality is offered via integration with Nuance Voice Recognition software.
