The apartments are clean, they respond to work orders pretty quickly, are always super helpful + nice, they appreciate their residents and do their best to show them that. I live in a 3 bedroom which is reasonably priced and have enough room for all 3 of us. Love it here + so glad I chose Silvertree

My daughter has been living at Silvertree for a few years now and the staff has been incredibly professional and helpful. We appreciate their kindness since she is far away from home. The maintenance team has also been quick to resolve the washer issue that she was experiencing with no delays. We definitely recommend this complex to any that will be attending Ball State University.

This will be my fourth year living at Silvertree. For myself personally, it has been a great experience. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. The office staff is great and goes above and beyond for the residents to make you feel at home!

This place is awesome!! I have lived here almost 3 years now and the staff is amazing and maintenance knows how to get things done! I had a leaking sink and the office sent a tech over right away to fix it for me. The leasing staff is always there when I have questions. Shout out to Sam for being awesome and always helping me out when I need it!!!

BY FAR the best customer service in the area! Not to mention a beautiful community with so many amenities. I'm an ex-volleyball player, and I would so invite all my friends over to use the sand volleyball court and pool. Also, they even have upgraded units and if you hurry you could get one too! They even have some utilities included as well as pet friendly. I can totally see my black lab, Grizzly, making himself a home here!
